Key Performance Areas
- Assist Develop and manage intelligence/investigation plans or activities to ensure effective information collection, analysis and investigation to protect company assets.
- Manages the access process into the project’s premises in accordance with the applicable Botswana Statutes (screening and vetting for all employees and contractors)
- Develops and maintains internal and external networks and contacts for information gathering to ensure an effective investigation process and optimal asset protection.
- Analyses security related information to identify possible risks and recommend appropriate actions.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and interviewing witnesses.
- Liaises with stakeholders to exchange information related to security risks and cases.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Security/Risk Management or related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of 3 years related experience in the field of security, intelligence, and risk management in a high value goods environment.
- A minimum of 2 years supervisory level experience
- Valid Botswana Class B drivers’ licence.
