Reporting to the Administration Manager, this position is responsible for manning the front desk and reception courteously and support to other departments as and when assistance is required.

 Key Performance Areas

  • Accurately arrange and schedule meetings
  • Keep a register of all received & outgoing registered mail
  • Distribute unallocated e-mail and correspondence to the correct staff member
  • Reserve meeting rooms for all functional meetings
  • Screen and route calls to the appropriate staff member or manager
  • Attend to customer queries and refer/escalate customer queries when necessary.
  • Facilitate all Expat related admin, Housing, Travel and Claims
  • Confidential Document Management/ Record Keeping
  • Purchase requisition administration
  • Control purchasing and provision of office stationery and equipment
  • Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment standards & Procedures

 Technical Competencies

  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Proficient with office equipment
  • Office administration

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial and/or related course.
  • At least 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role
