Reporting to the Administration Manager, the position will be responsible for providing administrative functions of the section and management of the daily functions of Camp(s) Management services to meet both needs of the business and Subcontractor’s workforce and the project requirements.

Key Performance Areas

• Plans, forecasts and schedule facilities modifications including estimates on materials labour and other related costs.
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation & layout and Communication services and facilities expansion
• Execute transactional/administrative related duties, records management and administrative support to general staff requests
• Property acquisition and disposal including rental of private property
• Coordinate cleaning services
• Ensure facilities meet government and client regulations, environmental, health and safety/security standards
• Advise on sustainability issues with regard to facilities and on energy efficiency & cost effectiveness
• Lease management, housing allocation & maintenance issues
• Camp Management effectiveness
• Manage Site Administration team to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or Catering & Hospitality or equivalent from a recognised University
• At least 10 years’ experience, 5 years of which should have been on Camp/ hospitality/supervision or similar environment
